I have rented equipment from Bonny’s a couple times and they were great. Easy to deal with and up front with all costs. I will definitely use them again in the future!
I recently rented a mini excavator from Bonney’s Equipment Rental, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. The owner was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. What truly stood out was their exceptional delivery service; the machine was delivered to my site before I even got home, which was incredibly convenient.
Chris, the delivery guy, went above and beyond by providing a thorough crash course on how to operate the mini excavator. His instructions were clear and helped me get started with confidence. The excavator itself was relatively new and performed excellently throughout my project. Additionally, the rental price was very competitive, making the entire experience even more satisfying.
The only minor issue was that the delivery truck leaked oil on the road, which left some stains. I would prefer not to see oil stains on a public road. Overall, my experience with Bonney’s Equipment Rental was outstanding. Their prompt delivery, excellent customer service, high-quality equipment, and competitive pricing make them a top choice for anyone in need of reliable equipment rentals. I highly recommend Bonney’s for their professionalism and efficiency.

I rented a bark blower from them and it didn’t work properly. They sent out an employee that agreed that the machine wasn’t working properly and they still charged me $870 for the day even though I had the employee they sent take it back to the shop with him at about noon. So not only did they charge me for a piece of equipment that wasn’t operating properly but they charged me a whole day on top of that even though I had it in my possession for less than 3 hours. The worst part is I had a good experience with them before this and then they decided to screw me on this one.
***UPDATE: they reached out to me and made it right. Spoke directly to the owner who was a gentleman and very reasonable. Will do business with them again.

I’ve recently hosted my own graduation party and rented chairs from Bonny’s Equipment Rentals, and I couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience. The booking process was seamless, the prices were reasonable, and the quality of the rentals suited perfectly with what I was looking for. The chairs were provided in pristine condition which added a tremendous amount of comfort to the event & helped create a welcoming atmosphere for every last one of my guests to enjoy.
What truly sets this establishment apart from many others is their commitment to customer satisfaction. From their attention to detail to their prompt and reliable service, they exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I highly recommend them to anyone in the South Shore area in need of high quality party rentals.

Great company to work with, needed something on short notice. They were able to get us what we needed and with great friendly service. we will definitely use them again.
