Good technician and service (lock required some shaving of a metal part). But the good service and outcome was overshadowed by a pricing policy that included a high service call that was never communicated before the visit. Ensure you understand how they price before engaging.

This is the best company not only for locks, safes and key duplication. This company does security cameras, security doors and programming. They are professional as well as thorough. I am recommending this company to any person in need of anything that has to do with any security, keys locks and cameras. It is worth every dime you spend. You will not be disappointed at all. Theres nothing better than knowing you have security at home in your vehical or on the job. Give them a try. You will be satisfied with their work. You won't want to have anybody else you can trust more. Five stars for sure. 10 stars it they had 10.

I have used locksmith's in the past however I can't begin to tell you how incredible the experience has been with Action Lock and Key. They are true professionals that are courteous and polite as well as prompt and responsive. I'm going to make sure that everyone knows that I (as a real estate professional) would recommend Action Lock and Key for all my residential and commercial clients.

My company, NENS - [New England Network Solutions] has known the folks at Action Lock and Key for over three years. We recently had a need to resolve a few issues with our exterior and interior doors. We called ALK and Michael came to review our needs. Once he saw the issues he made several cost saving recommendations and suggested that we replace our door handles with better ADA complaint handles. The work was done correctly and professionally. Our keys are all the same now, our door closes better and we are very happy that we called ALK!
