What a terrible company. Unfortunately they keep buying up smaller local companies. They are disorganized and there rates are high. They are inflexible and don't care. They lose payments.
We are a property management company and made the mistake of using 3 Phase. They are by far the worst elevator company out there!!
We had a service contract with them and they came out to service the elevator and the next day we failed state inspection. How can this happen.!! Well they then hit us with $6000 bill. Please do your research and check reviews.. They are incompetant, extremely rude and undependable.

The Modernization department run by Jim Venza did a great job on my Freight elevator. Jim was communicative, professional and timely getting my elevator completed. Thank you Jim!!

Keep away from this company, we have canceled our contract paid them all pending bills, waiting for a $2,532.60 refund for more than a month, they won't get back to us. We still waiting for a refund.

By far the worst customer service. They never answer the phones and try to do shady things like only being available “after hours” so they can charge more all without actually fixing anything. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

This is definitely the worst elevator company in the region. We have a contract with them, and have had ongoing issues with their lack of communication. They deliberately don’t respond to calls during regular business hours so they can charge for after hours service. If a payment is delayed, no matter how small, they freeze the account and will not make any repairs. If you have the choice, pick any other company for your elevator needs.

I had two elevators modernized at the facility I manage. My experience with my 3Phase technician was outstanding. Adam not only performed all the work in a timely manner, he also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I was informed of everything that was done. I couldn't have been happier with the attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Very rude and condescending costumer service agent . I understand it's the holiday but my company has been waiting for a part to come in for our elevator for about 2 months now with no update to when it's arriving and no semblance of assistance on figuring that out.

It’s not only the failure to service - when a second company was called to prepare our elevator for state inspection, 3 Phase took revenge by reporting the elevator as in immediate violation of code. Their friendly state inspector showed up without notice and shut us down - for a long weekend. No wonder they’re not a Better Business company.
