Finding a reliable plumber, especially to do very occasional small jobs, had become a bit of a nightmare for me. This time, I picked Green out of the Best Picks booklet (about which I had real suspicions) with fingers crossed. It was a success. The appointment was made easily and for the very next day. The tech, Steven D, arrived on the early side of the appointed time window, preceded by a text message announcing his arrival. He explained things without complaint as I looked over his shoulder while he changed the cartridge in my ultra stiff faucet, and he was personable while worked. And I felt the price, while not cheap, was reasonable. Green Mechanical will definitely be my first choice for any other plumbing work I may need.
Scheduled a furnace maintenance and tune up with them. They tried to reschedule me two times, when I said to cancel on the second time, suddenly they said they can come. After the maintenance work done, I noticed new noise from the furnace. Then they sent me a quote, trying to charge me $1300 to replace an inducer motor, citing the noise is due to a failing inducer motor. They also tried to charge me $800 for cleaning the system. When I text them asking what has been done with the $190 tune up, they never text me back. I asked because I think they should clean the system during the tune up, not charging me another $800. I do not trust what they said, and I do not recommend this company.

Gabriel and Chris were very friendly, thorough and explained everything so I could understand it. If I need to use your services again, I will request the two of them. They definitely deserve a raise. ?

I had your company here today servicing my furnace for my geothermal heating/cooling system for my home. I not only highly recommend the company itself, but, I very highly recommend Irvin Andrade who was the technician. He was extremely polite, personable, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. He worked in a timely manner. Very nice, young gentleman. I will definitely be using Green Energy Mechanical in the future. And, if possible, be requesting Irvin Andrade as my technician! A++ service!!!

I have been using Green Energy for years. Outstanding service. Nice bunch of guys, always respectful and happy to explain things so they are not talking over your head. We had a problem with our heating system two years ago where only half the house was receiving heat. Turned out it was because a contractor that I used years before reduced the size of a pipe to install a baseboard heater. Sediment built up there and blocked the flow to the rest of the house. The guys didn’t give up and found the problem despite the fact the problem was under my cabinets, unable to be easily seen. They replaced the pipe with one the proper size and have had no problem since. Great company.

Great customer services, friendly and informative.
Had a great experience with the company. Steve, my representative was very friendly and outgoing. He was able to answer all my questions and gave advice about my project needs. He also did look for different alternatives orders that help me save some money using MASSSAVE.
Would recommend Green Energy if you are interested in heat pumps.

My AC has broke down, so when I called Green Energy htey were very professional in setting the appointment, showed up on time and the followed it up with a Sales Consultant coming out to discuss options, Mass Save rebates and gave 3 quotes on the options to best fit my needs. So a great education to be able to make informed decision to what is best for us the client. So really appreciate that as there many things available in today's marketplace.

We had Green Energy out to our home to give us a quote on a mini-split system. Every interaction was incredibly cucurdious and professional. I appreciated the technician calling prior to arrival, he showed up on time, brought his own shoe covers to walk around my home, listened to all our ideas and even made multiple suggestions to give us what we really wanted. The entire experience was perfect! I highly recommend this company & look forward to working with them again. Thanks you!

I gotta say, Green Energy Mechanical just hooked up my three-family house with a heat pump, and it's been fantastic! The first time Jonathan came by to figure out what I needed, he was super punctual, friendly, and knew his stuff like the back of his hand. He laid out all the options for me, answered a bunch of my questions, and I felt totally at ease making the decision to go with them.
When the Green Energy Mechanical crew showed up for the install, they were all about getting the job done right. They were on time, came prepared, and worked together like a well-oiled machine. Super polite, too – they even put up with me checking out their work. And man, they were neat – not a single mess left behind.
Now let's talk about the heat pump system itself – it's a beast (in a good way)! It's been running like a dream and keeping every corner of the house just right.
They're top-notch pros, super approachable, and they'll get you set up with an awesome system.
