We had our pool installed about a year ago and have absolutely truly loved everything about it, from the information during the sales consultation to the installation and then using it (closing it down last season, ease of opening it up this season, and any maintenance we’ve needed to do). Ambassador Pools is such an easy company to work with. On two separate occasions we’ve needed help with repairing/replacing parts and they are so quick to respond and react. Each repair/replacement took little to no time and the employees have all been so pleasant and helpful. Also, to my own fault, I didn’t realize we had to clean a filter and when we had trouble with water flow, Greg texted me within an hour with a full video that I understood and fixed the flow problem myself! Thank you guys for being so amazing!

We recently had a Kayak pool installed by Ambassador Pools and were thoroughly impressed with the entire process. From the initial sales consultation with Jim to the seamless permit handling by Debi, the experience was exceptional. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and completed the project in a single day. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire process stress-free. We are already enjoying our new pool and would highly recommend Ambassador Pools to anyone considering a pool installation. Thank you, Ambassador Pools, for a job well done!

These folks are absolutely incredible. First our sales guy CJ was solid able to answer all our questions and made us feel very comfortable with this decision to buy a pool. Between prep work for the pool install was super easy and simple to the install. Everything for coordinating the install was spot on and easy they stayed in communication. We literally had our pool installed in 4 hours. Their installers don’t play around it’s all business. They are very professional and very friendly. This experience was enjoyable and not stressful. I highly recommend these guys for pools.

We are in love with our new 16x32 deep end saltwater pool! Installer Rudy and his team came on the day they said they would and finished the whole thing in one day! I couldn’t keep my eyes off them, they worked like a well oiled machine. Still waiting on our electrician to get our pump going this week, but now that the pool is filled, at least it’s nice to look at! My daughters will enjoy this for years to come. Thank you Ambassador!

Ambassador pools is a great company to deal with, from sales, service to installation. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and helped to determine size and location for the pool. The installers had the pool constructed in about 8 hours. The service department is also very responsive and helpful in answering questions and assisting with opening and closing the pool. I have referred friends and would use this company again.

We had an Ambassador Pool installed last June and enjoyed it all last Summer! The process was exactly as presented by their sales representative, Dante! One day install! When he said the pool was low maintenance, he meant it!! The supplies arrived the day before and the next day the installation team arrived. We chose the saltwater, and the computer lets us know when we need more salt. Usually not needed for 6 months or more. If it gets cloudy, put a bag of shock in it and clean the small filter weekly and the large one monthly or so. That's it for maintenance. Amazing and well worth the price! Their customer service is top notch! Always called back in a timely manner and have taken care of any questions or issues we were having. They back their product! No need to compare above ground pools, just call Ambassador Pools for the best choice, we did!

This will be our 3rd year with our pool and we are extremely happy. The staff worked with us as we had a vision for our yard and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend this company. We had many pool companies come and assess our yard but Ambassador pools was creative and willing to see our vision. They were fast, efficient and responsive to all questions. We have loved our Ambassador Pool for over three years now. The installation was unbelievably quick and smooth - the guys arrived Saturday morning, we were filling the pool Sunday evening, and swimming by Monday. No issues. The pool itself is just fantastic - the kids love it for volleyball, doing laps and racing, and the adults love it for relaxing on a raft and enjoying a beverage on a hot day. It couldn’t be easier to maintain and we’ve had no issues. I highly recommend these pools and Ambassador to anyone considering a pool for their home.
