Called Brian on July 31, 2024 got the quote the second day, Agreed on a price, generator was installed with all the wiring and the gas piping on August 7, 2024 The complete project was checked and inspected by Brian on August 13, 2024, which was the Successful testing day For the generator, great commitment well done job.

They optimize the customer paperwork (warranty, contract, payment) via swift emails and clear steps -- they’ve got you! 4. Absolute worthy investment. High-quality & attentive craftsmanship, direct & transparent customer engagement, peace-of-mind throughout the whole process. NEVER stress about power outages anymore! (Our decision for a generator came from a flooded, finished basement due to a ~60hr power outage from a Nor’easter Dec-2023) Final piece of advice: Given supply chain demands with Generac home generators (rough weather has many folks getting these?), the wait time from order to delivery for us was 4-months. The B.P. Logue team had all gas and electrical work completed, so that upon arrival of generator, only ~2hrs for final set-up and testing. The Generac brand is super quiet and sleek in design – leaf blowers are easily 3x louder.

Exceptional work done by the whole team. Wait time wasn’t too long to get the install started and completed. Very professional! And very happy with my purchase and the company. My neighborhood has all used them and it’s because of their ability to do an outstanding job as well as exceptional customer service. Everything was very clean and out in the open, no surprises with cost etc… Definitely recommend!
