Brandon was very responsive and thorough with the multiple issues we had. He fixed a few emergency leaks and replaced a toilet and bathroom vanity. Listened to my issues/questions, gave great advice/solutions, and worked extremely efficiently. Highly recommend.
I couldn't be happier with the service from BGC. We were in need of help and we had a very tight timeline. BGC was very upfront about the work and cost, communication was excellent! The app he used for quotes, invoicing and scope of work was easy to use (and it was refreshing to find a plumber that documented everything so well). Thank you!

Brandon responded quickly, unclogged our sink, put it a clean-out and rehung some pipe. He was very efficient, explained why and what he was doing and his price was very reasonable. We highly recommend BGC Plumbing & Drain Cleaning!

Brandon installed a whole house water filtration system in my basement. Its the third job he has done for me in my home. I continue to call on Brandon for any plumbing jobs I need as his quality of workmanship and expertise as a master plumber ensures the job will be done right the first time.
Brandon also answers any and all questions I may have on a project and has followed up to ensure I am completely satisfied with the work he’s performed.

Brandon is a top notch master plumber. He has terrific communication, skill and service. His work and expertise are awesome - he's happy to talk through your current problem as well as advise on future projects. He provided quotes for several different jobs that I'd like to approach in the future, giving me complete piece of mind when I am ready to start them. Highly recommend Brandon over the 'big names' you see out there, especially as it comes to skill and cost.

Brandon has done great work for me, both in a basement renovation where I needed advice on moving a difficult pipe, and in the selection and installation of a toilet and bathroom faucet. It's great knowing that a skilled plumber is so close and easy to get in touch with.

We have now worked with Brandon twice and both experiences have been great. The first was a fairly minor job on our kitchen sink. The second was more of an emergency job after our basement had flooded and our hot water heater needed to be replaced. He always presents multiple options for the job, prices, and pros and cons for each decision. It makes it very easy to make the right long term decision. He always leaves the place cleaner than he found it. He is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. One of my biggest takeaways was when he asked us to leave him a review following the completion of the job. A lot of people would prompt us to leave a 5 star review. Instead, Brandon asked us to be honest with the review, which I thought showed a lot of integrity. We will go back to Brandon again for future jobs.

Brandon responded immediately when I needed help. He replaced my kitchen sink faucet on a Saturday. From me texting him to him completing the job took less than 3 hours. Great work, Brandon!

Brandon was very professional every step of the way. I also made some impromptu requests that he was able to take care of with little to no effort. Highly recommend as he has quality work and was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely higher again if I need plumbing in the future
