I used Aaron Pools several years ago to purchase our hot tub and had a great experience. My parents had used them many years prior to install their own pool as well so they came highly recommended. At the height of COVID, we decided to install an in ground pool. Because of the pandemic, they were incredibly busy and needed to wait a year for availability. Despite a year wait, Paul kept in contact with me and kept me up to date on the progress of the process. He helped me to design it, select options and provided feedback along the way. On install day, the guys hit a severe amount of ledge which required having a third party come in to hammer out the ledge. Paul sent a crew member to ensure the third party got rid of enough ledge to account for the pool depth and ensured they wouldn't have to come back twice. Despite the wrench in the process, they never dropped the ball and stayed on top of the installation as soon as they were able to reconvene. The pool is beautiful, well installed and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.
My family can't say enough about everyone at Aaron pools and the service they provide. From the first time we met with Paul, A couple years before actually putting in a pool, he was very patient and explained everything to us. We've had our pool now 7 years and have gone back for support and service. All the people that work for Paul or always very patient and kind and very good explaining. They have really made this a wonderful experience.

My new liner looks amazing this process could not have been made any easier by the team at Aaron’s pool and spa they communicated everything, were extremely friendly and accommodating and the work they did was quick and perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for anything pool related.

Pros:

Cons:
Material surfaces scratch very easily.
A pool vacuum is required even though it is stated that its self cleaning. (it is not.)
outside cabinet materials warp and do not stay secured.
My wife and I have had traditional pools in the past. We wanted something to relax and to be able to use in cooler months. This unit is great for all of that. It is wonderful to be in a warm pool with kids swimming and everyone having what they want.
The unit was delivered with some of the panels warped. Ok it happens. I had multiple techs come out for 2 months and try to fix the panels before they ordered any. The panels came in three and a half months later and were installed. The screws for the new panel have been stripped out. They panel they replaced is just as warped as the last one and I still have missing screws on the warped trim pieces and panels. I also told them the the screws on the panels keep backing out and its still happening. I really love this swim spa, but at $40,000 the panels cannot take direct sunlight which is very strange. You can see them expand and contract throughout the day. The shell of the pool to this day has the glue from the manufacturers stickers and will not come off. I will leave it there because I was told to only use a scum bug on it and nothing else. So all in all Hydropool is good at its plumbing and electrical, but the shell and body of the swim spa is not ideal.

As we finished opening our pool and setting up our backyard for the summer, I felt inclined to leave a much-delayed review for Paul and his team at Aaron Pool and Spas. We had our pool installed by Aaron's 3 years ago and it's been the best decision we have made. They came very highly recommended by a few friends. The team is very professional, helpful, and timely. The first year we opened our pool after install we had a minor issue and Paul's team had everything fixed within 24 hours in order for us to continue to enjoy the pool without much delay. I can't say enough good things about them. Now need to stop by Aaron's to look into a hot tub :).

My wife and I just bought a new house and it came with a pool which we had no idea how to open or what we needed for parts, Craig the manager helped and showed us how to open it also was very informative,and did not try to sell us extra things,he was very honest..I will continue to deal with them for all my pool needs. Thank you,,Well it's 2years later 6/8/23 had Ryan and his crew over today to install a new liner in my pool they did a great job and was very professional also thanks to Paul the owner for all his advice to my wife

Aaron pools & spas installed a new vinyl liner in our pool today. The crew arrived early were pleasant and professional,they did a terrific job, the liner looks great!!!!!!! Paul was great to deal with and the crew that installed our liner were first rate!! Thanks Paul for a great 5 star experience. You guys are the best.

We did a lot of research before choosing a company to install our pool. We chose Aaron Pools because we felt comfortable with Paul and he was very responsive during the process. We had a ton of questions and he was patient and helpful from beginning to end. The build was completed in less than five days! They started on a Monday and were done by Friday at noon and the kids were swimming on Saturday! The pool is beautiful and we could not be happier. They walked us through the maintenance process and Paul has been quick to respond to my continuous questions - typically responds the same day. I'm very happy that we chose Aaron!
