Called company on a referral from owners cousin. Owner took down all information scheduled a site visit 10 days after the initial call. 1 hour before the site visit owner calls and states its his sons graduation hes very sorry would like to postpone to the following week. 45 minutes prior to the rescheduled site visit owner calls again this time to say the property is too far away and he doesnt want the job. Claims its a 45 minute ride. At rush hour its a 45 minute ride, every other hour of the day it is a 25 minute ride. Very poor customer service leaving us to waste 3 weeks on scheduling someone to come give us an estimate for the pool. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

These guys did a great job putting in a new liner and managed to stay on schedule after a very rainy spring. They also went above and beyond fixing a pool light and didn't charge me much/anything for the work. Would definitely work with them again.
