Otavio Pereira is amazing! He came to our home, listened to our ideas and designed our bathroom to perfection. He also met with us in the showroom and helped us to pick out all of the fixtures that were consistent with the design and matched our taste. We needed to return some items for which he proactively began the process and lobbied to make sure we received a full refund. We would absolutely recommend Otavio for your kitchen and bath design.

It has been such a pleasure to work with Otavio Pereira from Kitchen and Bath Gallery. He truly listens to what you want and puts a plan into action. Our happiness with the remodel was his priority. He communicated well with all parties involved. He is extremely knowledgeable and a joy to work with.
