Mastertech was quick to respond to a request to complete a sprinkler system Installation that was not completed properly by another plumber. A fair estimate was given installation was completed, and although we had a minor issue, the owner himself came out to review and simply repaired the issue himself . Service and would recommend doing business With Mastertech Plumbing.

Steve was again, on time, professional, friendly & efficient. He quickly accessed the issue with my well tank, came back out within two days to replace my old no longer working tank & completed the job within a couple of hours. Also took the time to explain the functionality of the system. I would recommend Master Tech to friends & neighbors.

Nick and Tom are a great team. Great can do attitudes. Never flustered. Work through issues complete to resolution. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much. Tom and Nick work well together and just as well when working independently. Usually with service skill persons, I want to stay clear, but both Tom and Nick are so congenial you can’t help enjoying them, and being friendly never interferes with the quality of the work they do or their efficiency with completing the job.

Master Tech Plumbing, Inc is a very well organized, quality, and communicative plumbing company. It consisted of an initial call to assess work (there were several projects), and provided an on site oral estimate, followed by a written one. As well, it was easy to arrange a work date as there were several follow up texts to arrange a convenient time.. Nick, my plumber, was very timely, knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate ( tried to keep noise from disturbing me). He held to the estimated work order agreement, cleaned up well, and even took empty boxes and discarded fixtures for disposal. I strong recommend Master Tech Plumbing,

The entire Master Tech team has been so amazing to work with. Cliff is such a professional. Jeannette is incredible. She manages that office so well. Steve did much of the actual work and did such a great job. We had a new electrical meter installed to power an outdoor kitchen, fire pit and a pool. They managed the entire project and were thoughtful and executed all of it so well. Thanks to the entire team!!

Company states they care about good service and reliability however a major leak occurred as the device they installed repeatedly cracked. I did not even make any demands yet for it to be fixed without paying more as its their own work which failed but of course that would be expected that they should correct it. The owner will not commit to fixing the problem and informed he will not make further repairs in a voicemail the first time he ever called me, without even talking to me. He is following a script in his emails and messaging that he wants to provide the best service and wants 5 star reviews, but has no intention of following through, he just wants more business.
