I had an absolutely incredible experience with J R Glass. Working with Luis was beyond exceptional—he was incredibly attentive and meticulously detailed. Watching him meticulously measure and ensure every dimension was perfect for our shower door was truly reassuring. True to their word, the doors arrived precisely as promised within three weeks. The installation team was equally remarkable. They were not only kind and communicative but also incredibly thorough. They even noticed a minor defect on the glass that I hadn't even seen and insisted on replacing it promptly. The replacement process was seamless, and the final result was flawless. I wholeheartedly recommend Luis and J R Glass for anyone looking for top-notch service and quality craftsmanship for their glass needs!

Been a longtime customer come to find out I was always overpriced I was patient with you guys and waited over 3 weeks to receive my side window replacement glass that I was told it would take less than a week . it took 3 weeks and overpriced for it let me tell you that glass didn’t even make it home this how low quality the job it was .come back and explain it then get a call will cost you again the same amount.Am glad that happened I think I will save money overtime somewhere else Those people don’t care about your business

I have never written a review before, but they deserve it. They treat you like family here. There was a scheduling misunderstanding with my insurance company, and they still took in my car, got it fixed within a couple hours, and the mechanic himself dropped the car off at my home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience after an accident. I will be recommending everyone to this location.

Brought in a cracked side mirror that I needed to replace. They had the ability to custom cut the piece on site which was extremely convenient. Problem was they had no idea when it would be completed. They did inform me they were extremely busy and backed up with work. 2 stars because they didn't return my phone calls, the labor cost, I feel, was way to much for the amount of time it took them to complete the project. It would be one thing if they were able to finish it that day or the next day, sure I'll pay $52.00 but it took them seven (7) days! Btw the "materials" only cost $19. Do I recommend them? - sure. Will I use them again?- probably, if needed.
