Dominic was an outstanding, friendly, easy to understand salesperson who got me on board with Aptive Environmental to control our insects and pests issue. He was super professional and most importantly, easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable about this topic and even showed me the spider eggs around my home and explained how they can overpopulate. He is definitely someone who I’d trust just by meeting him for this first time. He was also dressed very nicely and was well spoken. Looking forward to trying this business as we have never tried a pest control before. Thanks!

Dominic, sales person, was here and was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all questions. Brett came for initial services shortly after. Nice guy, answered all questions, provided some insight and agreed to treat areas discussed. After 2 hours of the application, noticed a nest/harborage was still in shed. Reached out to him with pictures and he apologized for missing it and scheduled a re-service for no cost. Window of arrival was 8a-12p and I’m still waiting at 3p. 3 calls to customer service and no clear answers or calls back. No problems inundating me with texts and emails to take a surveys on performance though. 3rd call was cancelling services.

I can't speak for their pest control services, but after dealing with their sales rep, I feel inclined to review. A rep came yesterday and spoke to us for 15 minutes, during which he was told multiple times that we were not interested. He finally left abruptly, no "have a nice day", no "thanks for your time", nothing. He came back again today to try again. Astounding. I called the office to ask about this and was told that this is standard practice for their sales reps. The support person I spoke to was nice though, and filled out a "do not knock" form, so hopefully that will work.

Aptive management, just in case you read these reviews, change these practices. This is not how you get customers. I should not need to call your office and get a "do not knock" filed. How many potential customers have you lost because of your sales process? Don't you want to convert competitor's business, instead of turning people off from your company? Please do better.

He is soft spoken and very a knowledgeable about you products. He was easy to talk with. It was like we knew him. Madison very nice and knowledgeable as well I would like to keep Madison up keeping our home for service.

I live in Plymouth MA, and I've had a great experience with Aptive so far. Their technicians notify me before each appointment, and they aren't afraid to ring my doorbell and inform me of what's going on. The technicians also send pictures of their work after every job. This gives me confidence that the job is done right. My old pest control company was not good at keeping me informed. I'm glad I switched to Aptive!

Joao came back and was very good at listening. After a few months of no critters for the first time in 6 years.(YEAY!!) he took pictures of what he did and explained in detail what he did and asked me if we needed an indoor spray too next. What A great service technician.
Joao was my APTIVE bug man today. He was great. He listened to my little gripes and he found out where the vermin were and put a trap out for them. Your company is outstanding. Thank you
