Walked in there today to look at countertops. Took alittle while before we where even greeted. Then someone woke up and said hi. That was all. The next two people didn't even say anything for a few minutes then one woke up and said hi are there any questions you have. I said we have alot of questions but they didn't seem interested. So I said let's get out of here. I will never go in there again. Poor poor customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The Designer, Jess Katinas, was extremely professional and took the time to understand my style preferences and the functional needs for my bathroom. She worked with me to create a beautiful and functional design plan, and was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the different styles and finishes, which resulted in a cohesive design for my bathroom. The finished product is absolutely stunning. The attention to detail in the design and construction is evident in every aspect of the finished bathroom. The materials and finishes are of the highest quality, and the craftsmanship is exceptional. What a wonderful experience it was working with Norfolk Kitchen & Bath! The entire staff in Framingham was extremely helpful, very polite, but it was Mark, our salesperson, who really made the difference. He listened attentively to all our comments, understood well what we were looking for, and came up with a beautiful design. The whole project, from the proposal stage until completion, went really well, with no delays, no hidden costs, and no bad surprises. The installation manager and everyone who came to the house to work in the project always made sure we were pleased with the work that was being done, and they never hesitated stopping what they were doing if we had a question. What was dark and outdated before is now a bright and happy place. We are 100% in love with our new kitchen and 100% satisfied with our decision to choose Norfolk Kitchen & Bath.
