We could not be happier with our new deck recently completed by Creative Decks. Steve and his team did a reconstruction of our deck, replacing it with PVC. Steve was very professional and great to work with. Scheduling of subcontractors and working with the local building inspector went very smoothly. Changes to the original plan were figured out quickly and the workmanship was done to the highest standards. The project was completed in the timeframe he laid out and the result is just what we were looking for.
We would highly recommend Steve and Creative Decks for any outdoor projects.
We invited Steve from Creative Decks to provide a proposal to renovate our existing deck from wood to composite. What I immediately noticed and stood out about Steve from the rest of the contractors I approached was his response to my inquiry and the level of detail of his responses. I knew Steve was someone who is detailed, friendly, takes pride in his work, and transparent which is all the qualities I look for in a good contractor. Steve provided answers to all my questions and provided photos of past work with little pressure to commit. Fast forward, I decided to go with Creative Decks and we are extremely happy with the final product. What I appreciated the most was the open and transparent communication with pricing so you know exactly what you are getting before you commit. Steve's team (Scott & Kevin) were also great to work with. From start to finish, the entire experience was great with no hidden surprises. We've only had the deck renovated for less than a year with no issues so far but I imagine it will last a lifetime with minimal maintenance. I would definitely recommend Creative Decks for their quality of work and competitive pricing and I would definitely work with them again on any future work I may have. Creative Decks did an amazing job on my back deck project. I had them expand the size and replace the wood deck with PVC. They were upfront about all costs and potential issues, and ultimately came in on budget and on schedule. The workers were prompt, respectful, and meticulous. The 3D design work prior to project start really helped me to make the size and configuration decisions with confidence. I am very happy with the new deck and would recommend them to anyone considering a deck or porch project.

Steve and team brought our dream of a new deck and patio to life. They are not the cheapest option, but the level of care and perfection you get is worth the added expense. Steve spent a lot of time thinking through ideas, helping us find the perfect layout for our unique situation. He was meticulous in explaining every step of the process, with more communication than I've ever had from a contractor. Besides that, the team are all nice guys and really care about the quality of their work...there are no shortcuts. It was by far the largest project we'd ever done to improve a house, but they made it easy...and we love how it looks!

Steve and his crew re-did our back deck (an added a dry space underneath!) and we could not have had a better experience! Everyone at Creative Decks is kind, focused, and unbelievably committed to customer satisfaction. Steve spent a great deal of time with me explaining products, answering my questions, and showing me samples. He was fully transparent about costs and he was able to save me quite a bit of money by salvaging the existing support structure. His crew were friendly and organized and even my three year old enjoyed having them around! They were thorough, neat, communicative and even offered help when I had a non-related home repair issue. My deck is beautiful, my whole family loves it and we use it constantly, and each time we comment how glad we are that we worked with Creative Decks because it was entirely- from start to finish- a wonderful experience.

Steve and his crew installed our deck last spring. We have never seen a deck built this less of attention to detail. My husband and I are contractors and we visit homes every day. I can also say his crew is not only hard-working, but respectful and very good at what they do. Steve is a great project manager. Our project was done at a good price and the outcome was beyond our expectations! If you need a deck built, work with Creative Decks because this what they do. A general contractor will not and can not do it better.
