Super unprofessional and rude. Asked him one question about pool chlorine maintenance (how many tabs to put in between visits), and he lost his marbles. I just bought a new house and out of 20 local house vendors and countless salespeople, he is BY FAR the rudest — this includes all encounters in other states and cities I’ve lived in.
