I called Knights Masonry to get their advice on how to cut porcelain paver tiles for a new backyard patio since our landscaping team keeps on breaking and chipping the pavers when cutting them. Mike at the company reviews the photos of the tile and helped me pick out the right tool for it. All done within 10 minutes. All free of charge. It was the most helpful and responsive encounter with anyone in the trade. I am not even existing customer, just literally called them out of the blue after googling masonry services. They totally deserve five star for the level of service and knowledge, and just generally being kind people. I will definitely use them for future masonry services. Thanks again Mike!

Pat and his team did a PHENOMENAL job repairing our steps that were completely dilapidated from a previous company who built them. Most other companies said it wouldn’t be possible to repair them due to how significant the cracks and settling was, but Knight’s was up for the challenge and set the right expectations on the end result. i wasn’t expecting it to be perfect because of how poor condition the steps were in, but we were THRILLED at how close to new they made the steps look. They truly underpromised and over delivered. They were responsive, friendly, on-time, clean, and incredibly professional from start to finish. It’s hard to find a company that does what they say they’re going to do and exceeds expectations, and I highly recommend using Knight’s for a project like this to get it done the right way.
