Gentili & Associates was my third call during our fire, 911, my brother in law and Bob Rossini from Gentili & Associates being the third. 12 hours later a full team of restoration folks were at my house. Bob and Amy handled my claim responsively and diligently. My family and I were displaced and they handed the relocation with the insurance company as well. Not an easy process to navigate. Very thankful, grateful and appreciative. Highly recommend for personal and real property fire for flood losses.
Bob & team at Gentili + Rossini are absolute lifesavers! Having to file a claim with your insurance can obviously be a very stressful thing, and when you are not too familiar with the ins and out of what to do and what not to do, it can all feel very overwhelming. So when I say that Gentili + Rossini are lifesavers I truly mean it! They handled absolutely everything from start to finish without pause, were extremely professional and communicative, and without question helped us get the maximum relief for our claim! I recommend this team very highly to anyone who thinks they may have an insurance claim, and would trust them again in an instant to handle any additional claims we may have in the future!

Bob Rossini & his team are the best public adjusters in the industry. If something bad happens they are always my first phone call. Bob has provided an excellent value to any of my residential & commercial building claims throughout the last decade. When you hire them, they deal with the nightmare directly so you can focus on your life moving forward. I have also referred them to friends' & family for tornado microburst damages, floods and complete house fires. Highly recommended!

From beginning to end Gentili and Rossini were the absolute best. They took care of everything and kept us updated the whole time. As you know any damage to your home with an insurance claim can be difficult and time-consuming. Bob and his staff were outstanding. I could not recommend them enough. A+
