Mike did excellent work displaying his experience and expertise through identifying the problem, explaining the solution, and then doing the work in a timely, effective manner. I appreciate how he values the customer through professionalism (courteous, direct, punctual) and explaining the work he's doing in terms that are understandable. I'm glad to be a new client of Mike's and he will be my first referral to areas he services.
Mike did a wonderful job and we are very pleased the way he conducts his business. He is very transparent as he explains what is going to be done and why before he begins working. His is meticulous and gets the job done right. The work area is clean when the job is completed. If I need any other electrical work done he is definitely my go to guy!

I had a couple of different electricians come through a Home Warranty company to fix a lighting problem and a breaker tripping. Neither could really explain the issue and one said he’d be back and never showed.
I called Mike and he got back to me right away. He was thorough in checking connections, fixing discovered issues due to someone else’s poor workmanship, and explained everything along the way. Oh, and he took care of the problems I called about.
I highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and I can confidently say Mike is the best. His number 1# goal was that we were happy. The work was very professional and he worked hard to accommodate us. 100% going to use Mike again and highly recommend.

Michael and team came out to upgrade/modernize my service to 200A, all the way from the pole to the breakers. Top notch job, very clean, all perfect. Michael stayed late on-site until the job was done. Site was cleaned, both inside and out. I couldn't of been happier.
Michael always got back to me the same day I contacted him, and he did what he says he is going to do. That is rare to find nowadays! He provided a detailed quote, and stuck to it.

Michael Pupa returned my call for a simple electrical fix for wall switches and turned into discussing other electrical issues I needed to have repaired. Due to issues beyond our control how the house was built, he clearly explained what he was doing and wired everything the correct way. We had new smoke detectors wired in as well as other light fixtures in the house that weren’t working correctly. He was able to diagnose and explain in plain terms what needed to be done and was very honest. We had a couple units that couldn’t be replaced by his recommendation of what he was comfortable with and we were able to work around those. This was mostly due to how the house was sided with vinyl siding. He was upfront with his pricing and reasonable and stuck to what he quoted. Now we have a home with working light units that operate safely and have full peace of mind that we no longer have to worry about the past issues anymore. It’s actually nice to have updated LED fixtures that actually work. I would highly recommend Michael Pupa’s services to anyone. He is professional, honest and has great communication skills and very punctual with his scheduled appointments!

Mike was amazing and very informative about all the steps he was taking while working on a few things at my house. His communication through the whole process was top notch! He was very efficient and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Would definitely have him come back in the future and highly recommend him for any of your electrical needs!

Mike does great work and is super courteous. Long story - After 9/11/2023 flood in Leominster (11" of rain in 5hrs), street-flooding put 5+ feet of water in my basement, but my power remained on the whole time. Mike was the first one on the scene after the water receded and assessed the situation. At a time when all of Leominster was short on electricians, he organized a team of other electricians that replaced my main power feed and breaker box. At first my insurance assessor said the breaker box did not need replacing, but Mike said the reason why it didn't trip in the flood was the silt in the switches, and told me what to tell the insurance assessor, in order for them to cover a new breaker box. Mike oversaw and mentored other electricians while he was here ('was a good teacher - even I learned a lot). Together, his team rewired my entire basement, and added a backup generator circuit. He went to the extra steps of finding me a converter cord for my generator (when other local power companies could not), and added extra dedicated lines for my sump pump. He came back later, labeled the breaker box for me, as well as tested out the generator & converter cable and switchover process. He made sure I knew all the steps to switch over to the backup-generator. Exactly what I could power up and not. He really went the extra mile to make sure everything was fully tested. Lastly and most importantly, my wife is terminally ill and staying at home, and Mike was super courteous to us about coordinating everything at times that were convenient *to her schedule*. He's a super nice guy, and sometimes tough on himself, but treated us really well, and did an excellent job. I'd recommend his work to anyone. ...Don...

Michael was a pleasure to work with. He is a knowledgeable, down to earth, honest Electrician and more importantly, person. He is totally frank with you and your situation. He does it all with a sense of humor as well. He researched my situation, (as it was rather unique), came up with a solution and gave me a fair price. He was punctual and professional.
