These guys were great. Showed up on time for both the quote and the install. By far the most knowledgeable company I had provide a quote for our project . A very hard working group of guys that cleaned the worksite thoroughly. Even the building inspector was impressed with the quality of their work.
These guys do great work at a great price! Very responsive to inquiries. I highly recommend them!
They foamed the 2nd story of my garage walls, under roof, and under floor (ceiling of downstairs in garage). They arranged to come out and give me a quote within days of my initial contact. He recommended some options that saved me money over what I thought I had needed. Installation was scheduled pretty quickly after I approved the estimate. Their price was so good compared to others that I was able to increase the thickness in the walls and still save money!

Stop wasting your time w/ other HVAC crews. Not a single one on the north shore that I dealt with was able to give me an honest price, or an honest diagnoses of a major issue with our system. All said it needed full replacement, but Premier was the ONLY crew to actually find the issue, and they came in at a better price and w/ some of the finest work I have ever seen (I deal w/ installation oversight on a regular basis in the restaurant industry.)
Brett, Noah, and Cam and Francis hit it out of the park and were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. Give this crew a ring you will not be disappointed.

Warning about this company. This is not a critique of their work although they didn’t clean up very well after they left.
My complaint is that one of the workers stole a large amount of cash while they were there. My husband is working out of our home state and is renting this townhome while he’s working in Massachusetts. So he has no visitors coming and going. He had money in the closet where they were working. He should’ve moved it prior to them coming but he didn’t really think about it at the time. There is no one that could’ve stolen it other than a worker from this company. The owner implied my husband could be lying. He did not lie. The money was there prior to the work and it was gone afterwards but of course we cannot prove it. So my advice to anyone who is thinking about using this company is keep an eye on them the entire time they are in your home and hide any valuables.

Here goes my testimonial.
I contacted Premier Insulation for an assessment. Gregg returned the message quickly and completed the assessment in a timely manner.
We needed additional attic insulation and some exterior doors sealed. The crew, Zack and Johnny, arrived a few weeks later and completed the work. They were very respectful and excellent communicators. There was a very minor complication that was not visible right after.
Gregg, Zack and Johnny fixed the problem at no cost.
I recommend contacting Premier Insulation directly if you are having a MassSave audit.

Zach and his crew installed new attic insulation in my home. Very Competent, efficient, and cleaned everything before leaving. Would absolutely hire them again.
