As an architectural designer with nearly twenty years of professional experience, I have had the privilege of collaborating with numerous home builders. Among them, Fallon Custom Homes stands out as exceptional. Their expertise and commitment to executing even the finest details of a well-designed drawing set is unmatched. From the initial planning stages through construction, their communication and attention to detail are exemplary.
Gerald Pomeroy Interiors had a wonderful experience working with Fallon Custom Homes & Renovation from start to finish! Gerald found the entire team to be supportive, thorough and enthusiastic about collaborating about the many aspects of the project. For whatever and whenever they were needed, they were there! We enjoyed working with Matt Gidney and appreciated his expertise. It was a true joint effort and we look forward to working with the Fallon team again.

We chose Fallon Custom Homes in early 2012 to build our new home, after talking to a number of other potential local builders. We were living in Houston at the time and we planned to supervise the building process with frequent trips to the Boston area. We realized this would be a challenge, but we were experienced home builders, having built two others. Fortunately, we were extremely fortunate to have chosen Fallon. The process was a pleasure. Fallon is a wonderful team of highly skilled people who built exactly the home we envisioned. Since moving in in October of 2014, we have also used Fallons maintenance services. They are always responsive, timely, and fair. I should also mention that Fallon did all our custom millwork, with which we are also delighted. I can’t recommend Fallon more highly. If we ever build another home, Fallon will build it for sure.

Working with Fallon Custom Homes on our recent carriage house project was an absolute pleasure and we are so grateful to have partnered with them.
We find it bittersweet that this seamless project has come to an end because we truly enjoyed the collaboration from start to finish.
Peter Fallon was incredibly informative and teeming with great information from our first meeting. He connected us with a very talented architect and continually kept in contact throughout the duration of the project. Working with our PM, Matt Gidney each day was a true privilege. Matt’s communication, accountability, attention to detail, and ability to keep so many trade partners coordinated and engaged was incredible to witness and we are so grateful to him for his commitment to our project. The finished product is amazing and we can wholeheartedly say the Fallon Custom Homes team exceeded every expectation. We will look forward to working with them again in the future.
