We really enjoyed working with Eric! He was available at last-minute notice during the spring market on two successive weekends to do a pre-sale home inspection for us. When we didn't win our first offer, he made time the following weekend and spent over 3 hours with us on a Sunday evening doing an extremely detailed-oriented home inspection! As the one with the least knowledge in the room, he had endless patience with my ongoing stream of questions. I learned a lot about home maintenance and things to look for, and he assuaged all of both mine and my husband's questions to make a competitive offer on a home we loved and have our offer accepted.
