We have used Thompson Waste dumpster services on many occasions. Always a good experience, never a problem. Courteous staff. Easy delivery/pick-up. Would highly recommend!
I have used this company a few times now, first few times went great. This past time I ordered a 15 yard dumpster and when they showed up they brought a 20 yard and said they had an extra 20 yard so gave it to us for no extra price. Needless to say since we had the extra space we put a little extra in the dumpster we had not intended... but what they don't tell you is the still base the weight off of a 15 yard. After they picked up the dumpster they called and left a message saying I went over weight and that I had put a mattress in there (there was never a mattress in there) and that I needed to call and pay extra.
I knew I didn't put any mattress in there so I did not call back. Over 6 months later they randomly hit my account unauthorized for 200 dollars.. never let me know it was happening or anything. I called a few times over a few weeks and finally got the owner to answer my email and he told me there's nothing he can do because it's been too long since then and he would only refund me 60 of the 200 dollars even though I never put a mattress the dumpster. They never even saw the mattress they just go off of the dumps word..... whatever I sucked up my pride and was willing to take the hit and just have him refund the 60 dollars. That was the last time I heard from him, I've reached out for weeks no answer and no refund, I was even willing to continue doing business after all that happened until he just ended communicating. Keep your money keep my 200 bucks and your 60 bucks, just please customers use caution that there is a chance this could happen to you. And to the owner of thompson waste please use this as a lesson of customer service that something as simple as answering an email can save a customer which you failed to do in this instance. It shouldn't take posting a review like this to get your attention

Second time renting from TWR. Price was the best in the area, customer service was great, and the drivers were phenomenal. Save yourself the time and go to TWR first.

We've used Thompson Waste Removal's dumpster service twice now, and we've had a great experience with them for both. The dumpsters we've ordered arrived on time and the crew is friendly. For both rentals, based on their pick-up schedule, we had the dumpster for a few days more than was scheduled, at no extra cost! For the second rental, the pick-up crew accidentally left some long gouges in our driveway from the dumpster, and TWR's customer service was amazing and ended up only charging us for the "additional cost" items we put in the dumpster. I would highly recommend TWR to anyone looking for dumpster service, and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Prices are very competitive. Dumpster delivery was very prompt first thing in the morning on the day it was supposed to be delivered.
Customer service was extremely responsive. They made extending the rental by three days extremely easy. Definitely my first choice for dumpster rentals in the future.
