This is our second time using Combat pest services, this time for ant problem but we decided to go with yearly treatment because it seemed like such a good deal. Both times we’ve had John, he is very helpful and professional, he definitely knows what he’s doing.
The women I spoke to on the phone to book the appointments were also very helpful and professional. So nice to get to speak with a real person who responds quickly! Highly recommend this company!
John was fantastic in helping us successfully banish some unwanted "roommates." He came out within 48 hrs of first contact, answered a boatload of questions, advised us how to best prep for our appointment, and came back out to be sure all was still well a couple weeks later. John was professional and personable, making it easy to ask stupid questions while feeling like we were getting excellent quality service. The online portal was handy for checking on appts and bills, while texting was used day of, which was helpful. While I hope I never need them again, overall a very satisfactory experience and a happy customer.

Combat is great! They're easy to work with, pricing is great and they always manage to get someone to my house when needed. Having a dedicated technician is helpful too in order to build rapport with the company.
Theyre on call for you for a year from when you sign up and they also do mosquito and tick sprays (which are extra).
