Rented several units for a large fishing tournament. Delivered on time, extremely clean ( I think they were brand new) and they cleaned several times through the week. Everyone was amazed at how clean they were.. and they were way less than the company we used the year before..

If I could give zero stars, I would. We had an event this past weekend, and it was a total washout with rain. We rented a portable restroom hoping for a sunny day, and everyone would be outside, which didn't happen. No one used the restroom at all as we were in the house. Shortly after it was dropped off, I noticed the fence rail at the bottom directly behind it was snapped, as the driver must have backed it up too far. I called three times, hoping for a resolution. They honestly could have just taken a few bucks off or given us a little credit toward another rental one day. I wouldn't have cared. The owner or manager, Steve finally called after we called three times. He spoke to me in the most derogatory way right after my first sentence. He stated his driver in no way broke the fence and "he knows who I am," meaning I must do this all the time (call and complain). I took pictures and assured him that wasn't the case and that it wasn't broken before. He stated, "Little kids must have been jumping on it at the party." He wasn't even there! It was obvious he had disdain for me, and having to deal with a woman, believe me, I know the tone. My husband called, and he was much different but still took no accountability. This could have been easily resolved. Even just an apology! Do not use!

I lost my wallet at the Deerfield Fair This year! I felt that I was pickpocketed and just got a phone call from the owner of this company to tell me he found my wallet in one of his portable restrooms and he is mailing it back to me! These are the type of people we want in our community!

We have these restrooms near our marina - which is a pretty populated place. I have to say these restrooms are these cleanest, most comfortable ports I’ve been in !! It smells good & the floor / lids have stayed very well maintained.
