I recently had the pleasure of working with Window World of Boston for the replacement of windows in my home, and the experience exceeded my expectations.
The consultation with Nick Valhouli was informative and hassle-free. He took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, offering valuable insights and recommendations without any pressure to upsell or push unnecessary products. He patiently addressed all my questions and concerns.
The installation crew demonstrated expertise and efficiency. They arrived promptly as scheduled and worked diligently to complete the installation within the estimated timeframe.
We are having our windows replaced and decided to go with Window World of Haverhill MA. Nick Valhouli was our consultant and was great to deal with and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and took the time to focus on what we really wanted and did not try to push anything on us. Overall experience so far has been great!

My husband and I are having our windows replaced by Window World of Haverhill MA. Our Design Consultant, Nick Valhouli was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. He took his time in answering all our questions and concerns. He helped make our final decision to choose Window World. We feel he is a great asset to this company. Looking forward to our new windows.

Our neighbors had their windows replaced by Window World of Boston and were very pleased with their work. After interviewing several other companies, we decided that Window World of Boston was our choice to replace 12 windows in our home. Our design consultant, John MacDonald out of the Hyannis location was very personable and detail oriented, not only in his initial presentation but also as he guided us through the whole process. On Dec 1st, the installers, Elvis and Gustalvo, showed up on time and got right to work. They were polite and very considerate of our home and family while they did their work expertly; 12 windows in one day! Before leaving they gave us a tour of their work inside and out, explained the window functions and cleaned up thoroughly. We are very pleased with the whole Window World of Boston (Hyannis) experience and their product. 5 ***** Star Recommendation!

Aaron did my front exterior door. Again beautiful work!
Dan was the salesperson great job, no pressure to buy.
Jason came out to do the remeasuring on everything. Great guy. I enjoyed talking to him. Overall experience was EXCELLENT!!! ?????

We are extremely pleased with the Hyannis team; from sales, technical measurement/preparation, and installation they were excellent.
Our project included replacing 40 windows. The installation team were great craftsmen who worked with skill and great attitude. Their attention to detail was tremendous, and you could tell they enjoyed their craftsmanship.
All teams were strong communicators, all of this helped us relax and appreciate our investment. We recommend Window World of Boston-Hyannis without reservation!
