Ron was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain our options when our garage door motor malfunctioned. He was able to install a new motor right away and he was kind enough to walk us through the new functions instead of just handing us the user manual. We certainly appreciate his expertise and time. Will definitely call Precision again in the future!

I scheduled my appointment because one of the springs broke and I was concerned about the overall age of the mechanics for both doors. Proactive maintenance was my goal. Dylan did a great job evaluating the doors and outlining all repair options. I went with the replacement of springs, cables, pillows and rollers on both doors. Dylan was able to do the service that day. I am really pleased with how quiet both doors are now and the durability of the replacement hardware compared to the old hardware. I highly recommend Dylan and Precision Garage Doors!

We had an old, barely working garage door opener and a flimsy old door that didn’t seal correctly. After doing some research, I found Precision Door Service and saw they had rave reviews. Rich was the first technician to come out and he gave me an honest assessment of our current setup and pointed out some safety issues. He also got the current door in better working condition while we agreed that a modern, updated door would be a better option. After ordering the new equipment, the new door and opener took a few weeks to arrive and for the appointment to be set. The install tech, Ray, arrived early morning today to get to work on installing the new door. From the jump, Ray was incredible nice and had a positive demeanor. He didn’t need anything from me and completed the work super quick. From arrival to finish, the job was about 3 hours. After the install was complete, Ray walked me through all parts of the new door and opener, and also demonstrated how to use all functions and the safety systems. He was amazing! I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who is looking to upgrade their equipment or wants very friendly and knowledgeable techs to service their current stuff.
