If you’re looking for a place with quality tile/stone and knowledgeable salespeople, come here. I usually hate dealing with salesmen, but Mike was not your usual “pushy” saleman. He certainly knew his stuff and knew what was in style without leading me to the most expensive tiles. Once we chose the tile, he then helped choosing a grout color, which they had various options to pick from. The showroom is clean and surprisingly not overwhelming. There was enough to choose from without feeling like there were too many options, making it hard to make a decision. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality product and helpful staff. I’ll be back here soon to pick a backsplash for my kitchen.
Rick at GenRose in Rowley was terrific! He spent time to help me plan out my bathroom tile. I am extremely satisfied with the results.

Rick helped us pick out tile. He showed us quite a variety of lovely tile! He was patient, very knowledgeable and kind! We were extremely happy from start to finish. We will return when we are ready for our next project!

We needed to rennovate our bathroom recently. I no good at picking out tile or paint and I did not look forward to selecting the right tile. I stopped at Genrose and met with Rick who showed me some options. I looked at other stores and big box stores. Rick was excellent, patient and helped me find a combination that worked for me - and from my travels, they have extraordinary quality and selection. He even helped me with paint selection.
Of course he worked with the contractors and it made the process so much easier for me and we are really happy with the result.

Great selection to choose from in a user friendly showroom. The best thing was working with Mike W. , he knows his stuff and is able to make suggestions based on your feedback, he is a real pro.

I needed to find some nice porcelain tiles for a new bathroom. I tried Home Depot, Lowe's and a couple of flooring showrooms and couldn't find what I was looking for. Then, I took a drive out to Ipswich and found exactly what I was looking for. Not only that but received personal service that was helpful and friendly. The salesman took his time and showed me all the options available to me. The floor looks amazing! I couldn't be happier!!

The tile business that my contractor sent me to unexpectedly cancelled my order two days prior to the scheduled installation. I was scrambling to find someone who had what I was looking for, and could get the materials in a timely fashion. Rick went out of his way to help me! GENROSE did not have the exact tile I had originally chosen, however, Rick helped me to choose something that I like even better. He ensured that it was delivered ASAP. His customer service was terrific! The showroom is pleasant and the options for tile are endless! I had a great experience working with Rick and GENROSE, and I highly recommend checking them out.

I have just used Genrose for a 3rd bathroom project and would not go anywhere else for stone/tile. I have had a wonderful experience each time and look forward to using Genrose for my future stone & tile needs. Highly recommended!
