We have used Evan of Able Home Inspection twice now. We notified Evan of our need of inspection within a short period and he was able to be there. (less than 2 days notice) He arrived on time and started his inspecting. Evan not only inspects the house but lends his expertise and knowledge and makes sure you understand the information he is giving you. He is an easy going guy and is funny all while doing a thorough job inspecting your prospective home. I highly recommend Evan of Able Home Inspection. Would of given him 6 stars if able!!!

Evan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful - we would absolutely use his service again. We are first-time home buyers, so we really appreciated him taking the time to educate us about what to look for as we view houses. He taught us about walls, windows, roofs and could not have been more helpful. We had scheduled 30 minutes of his time and set a price based on that, but he spent over an hour looking around and pointing different things out to us. Overall Evan was really great to work with, we would not hesitate to use him again.

Nice guy with a good sense of humor too, which certainly doesn’t hurt during a relatively stressful time going through the largest purchase one has ever made.
