Pouring a pad for a shed, received a mixed load of garbage that dried immediately, they came to inspect concrete and told me what was needed to fix they’re mistake,claiming it wasn’t spread and screeted fast enough charged me for what was supposed to be peastone mix, showed up as 3/4 aggregate 1hr and 1/2 late and truck didn’t have full load of what was needed to complete after they told me what was needed, they’re response was it’s already there, we can gladly charge you again for another load, use a different co if you don’t want headaches
We scheduled two deliveries a week in advance and they were 4-5 hours late, with each job. If you plan on keeping your project on a schedule, do not hire this company.
Not to mention, they don't even call to let customers know they will be late and if you can to complain, they tell you sorry, it's not my problem you need to reach out to so and so...

Please avoid using this company because they have very poor quality concrete.

Terrible service. Called Monday made an appointment for friday 1pm was told to call friday morning. Called friday morning and waa told "trucks are running on time" 2:30pm rolls around still no concrete truck here. Call dispatch to be told that they arent coming. Will NEVER do business with this company again. And would advise whoever sees this do the same.

Customer service is terrible, they are NEVER ON TIME...EVER! They come when they choose. Concrete is garbage, and this is what happens when a company gets too big, you no longer have a name, only a number on a spreadsheet.

Do not, I repeat, do not deal with this concrete company. They are completely unprofessional, cannot maintain a schedule, delivere an order or accept responsibilities for third actions.

Completely unprofessional. We scheduled a 4:00pm delivery on Monday. We had a crew waiting and the cement truck had still not arrived by 5, so we called and were informed it would be 6:30pm or later. We asked why they didn't call and let us know, they said they were to busy taking calls to stop and let us know. Since it gets dark by 6 and there is not any exterior lighting, we rescheduled for the following Friday at 1:00. Again, with the crew present and no truck in sight, we called again. Dispatcher at MacLellan said they were not going to be able to make it until "maybe" by 5:30. The dispatcher was rude and not even the slightest apology for wasting our time and money was given. He cared nothing about the time we had taken off work to meet his delivery schedule, the money we had to pay for the crew who never was utilized, or our time. Called Kingston Ready mix and they showed up ON TIME the FIRST time!

Worst company ever!!! Stay far away. Take no responsibility for their actions and they are very unpleasant to speak with.
