I had a great experience with them. They were working through the Mass Saves program and contacted me after getting an estimate through Mass Saves. Scheduling was a breeze, they showed up on time, explained everything to me, and completed the project. I had some questions afterwards about the bill and Chaz was always quick to respond.
Great experience overall with Isul-Kings. Local business, strong communication throughout the whole process (Multiple options with different price points explained thoroughly, along with finding a date for install), installation was quick and clean and the results were felt immediately in my home. Thank you guys! Highly recommend.

InSulKings came to do the insulation work through Mass Save.
After they came I started noticing a strange smell in one of my rooms. It turns out the works found some dead carcasses from animals in my attic, and stored them in the walls. Why did they not alert me to remove the dead carcasses? Absolutely avoid these liars. In addition, I had to pay an extra $300 more than I was quoted. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

We were contacted by Insul - Kings after going through the Mass save program. Scheduling the work was a breeze and they communicated with us throughout about the arrival time, estimated work hours and what kind of work would they be doing.
They arrived right on time with three personnel. To start, they had us close down all the windows of the house and sealed the front door with a fan pulling air to check the sealing of the house. Then they proceeded with checking the CO level and finally started the insulation work. They checked all the doors and sealed the leaky ones. A majority of the time was spent in adding the insulation in the attic. Post insulation work they rechecked the sealing of the house and showed us the number which dropped, showing efficacy of the work they put in.
Hardworking, communicative, transparent and easy to work with would be the words I'll use to describe them. Without hesitation, I'll have them if more work is needed in the future.

I had an excellent experience recently with Insul-Kings. My initial contact was with Jeremiah and Ken, who evaluated and explained the recommended work and materials to bring insulation up to date and improve comfort. Chaz scheduled work and answered questions and was professional at all times and a pleasure to work with. David and his team performed stellar work and cleanup. The work was thorough and meticulous. David took the time to address any questions/concerns and explained everything. Great care was taken to ensure my animals' safety during the work. Highly recommend Insul-Kings based on my experience. Complete disconnect between the office and the crew. The office does not return phone calls and they are rude when communicated with (I am not your buddy but a customer, and it is not funny when you are not following up on anything). After weeks of delays, I decided to move on and seek another installer.
