We hired Blue Heave to renovate our gunite pool with new equipment and a deck around it. We were absolutely blown away with their work from start to finish. They took a pool installed in 1983, which had been neglected for years, and completely rehabbed into the talk of our friends and family. Thank you!
Our Gunite pool had not been renovated in 20 years. The plaster was becoming rough and both the tiles and coping needed to be replaced. Felipe supervised specialized crews to remove the old materials, prepare and install new coping stones and tiles, and spray on a thick pebble finish. Communication was good throughout, as was Felipe's responsiveness to any issues. The company held to its price estimate for the job, and the final result is beautiful.

I personally would never waste my time with this company! The owner came out and looked at the job, did not send me the estimate when I was told he would. I reached out a couple times only for him to never get back to me until I wrote a negative review then all of a sudden he had time to send me the estimate, but didn't include everything promised. When he got back to me there were a bunch of excuses as to why he did not send it or get back to me, but they were clearly just excuses. I let him know that the estimate did not include all we spoke about only to be ignored again!! I just wanted to put this out here for people that do not want their time wasted!!!

From start to finish, this company is top notch! They completely rebuilt my gunite pool in 3 weeks time. Coping, Tile, and plastered with a pebble finish. Felipe, Enrique, Armando, and crew were fantastic, they really paid attention to detail. It was amazing to watch the whole process. We love our brand new pool! I highly recommend this company.

I had a pool done by this company and we started talking in Nov. 2019 and they started digging in May telling me everything would be done by July. Well things that were put on the quote were not clear and everything ended up being like a "A La Carte dinner menu". Well if you want this then it's going to be this much more! They put in a retaining wall that was not done correctly and wouldn't own up to it - said he would pull his guys off the job if I didn't pay him when I tried to talk to him about it. They didn't even have their own electrician and if you don't have a company that deals with pools then you are gonna pay twice. The follow through of customer service was never there. My advice is don't use this company. The people who did the pouring of the pool and the stamped concrete did a nice job but they are subbed out - not with this company.

Excellent company to work with to replaster my indoor pool. Hard working team, good quality workmanship, kept work area clean, and Enrique kept us informed throughout the project. Project completed on time and within quoted price.

Enrique and the crew were excellent to work with. They were informed, diligent and tidy. I interact with lots of contractors on construction projects and was happy with all aspects of this project from estimating, to tile selection, to the removal of the old tile and to installation of the new tile. They left my pool area spotless. If you need your pool tile done then call Enrique and Blue Heaven Pools.
