Guillermo is the best!! Hes incredibly friendly and honest and gives prices you cant turn down. He initially came to do water damage repair to my ceiling but I eventually had him also replace the ceiling tile in my bathroom with a regular plaster ceiling and it came out amazing. I also had him install a fan. I honestly won't hire anyone else but Guillermo going forward.

Guillermo will give you an estimate right away then once you agree on the contract and start time he doesn’t get back to you. Then when you call to follow up he says he is so sorry but is so busy with other projects but has someone else that works with him to take the job on. That person initially tries to charge you more money than the estimate given then once he is paid he doesn’t complete the job. That person doesn’t answer calls and when you follow up with Guillermo he says he wants to work with you to finish the job but wants to be paid more money! Stay away from this scam artist!
