I have been trying to get an old stove repaired for the last 18 months and have been working with New England Appliances - I am shocked this company is in business. I will call to check on the status and they will tell me the part is on order or the technician will call me back, only to wait weeks for no response. When I call back they tell me something else. I called last week and they told me "we've invested too much time into this repair". Thanks for wasting my time - if you couldn't fix it or didn't want to put the work into it, you could have just said that from the start and saved everyone some time.

Ron and Kathy are both knowledgeable and helpful. Working with them was a pleasure and my delivery was seamless. Ron and Rob delivered my washer, they were so helpful and polite! Great customer service.

Fabulous family run company. I am grateful to Kathy and her son's for helping my parents and me out this past week. Their 40 year old dryer died, we ordered on Thursday for a Monday delivery. The even older washer quit over the weekend. We ordered a new one over the phone at 9 a.m. monday and both were installed by noon that day. Five loads of bedding done by dinner that day. Installation was smooth and efficient. They encountered some issues with the space and quickly had solutions. At first glance you might think big box prices are less, but this was cheaper with all the charges big box throws in for install, hauling old etc. Thank you so much!
