Outstanding service and work! Megan in the office was courteous, friendly, informed and accommodating. Thanks to Cory and Jimmy for their prompt arrival, diagnosis and solving a fairly involved job.
It’s not often that you have exceptional customer service these days but our experience with Beverly overhead garage door exceeded our expectations. Family owned and operated, it truly shows. Kim was so helpful and accommodating and Jake was knowledgeable, professional and patient. There was a time constraint and they worked around a tricky schedule to get the job done! Thank you!

Jimmy was super helpful when my garage door would not open and my car was stuck inside. He suggested as many things as possible over the phone and when nothing worked his son came out the next day. We were able to shimmy open a window and crawled through to open the door manually. Cory checked the motor thoroughly and determined it was beyond repair and over 25 years old so a replacement was ordered. All the staff at the office have been very helpful and Jimmy knows his stuff! Would highly recommend this business.

Doors were installed 5 years and have been great. Had a problem today and I called for a service call. Instead he walked me through a repair over the phone and it worked great. Saved me time and money. Great service.

I was having problems with my garage doors and remote controls, which were 15 years old. Jim answered all of my questions via phone calls and texts over several days, trying to help me troubleshoot. He went way above and beyond the call of duty. Eventually when I reached a road block, Jim drove a long way to get to my home and spent 4 hours fixing my garage doors and remotes, while telling amusing stories the entire time. He really knows his stuff and his company provides great customer service. I'd recommend him highly.

Jimmy and his wife Kim we're terrific. After doing research and making calls I knew immediately I was using them for my new door. Kim had all her information ready for me over the phone. Straight forward and personable. Jimmy is a great family guy and very helpful and they stood out. His son did a great job on the installation and was as professional as could be. Couldnt be happier really. Would recommend!
