I ordered $1500 worth of tile from these guys. The order weighed over 1200 lbs, and because of where I live, I went to the warehouse nearby to pick it up. The large order was palletized and looked to be in fine condition. There were 30 or 40 boxes of tile on this pallet, and nowhere to unload it at the warehouse to open and inspect each box. A forklift loaded the pallet into my pickup truck, and I took it immediately to my renovation site and opened the pallet - after unpacking, I found 1 box of tile where every tile in the box was broken. I took pictures of the box with the broken tile still sitting on the pallet where it was still taped to the other boxes and immediately sent them to Milford Tile. Gino contacted me and said, too bad, you accepted the tile from the shipper, we have no responsibility. I was willing to pay to have another box sent - but it was a $50 box of tile with another $100 in shipping (even though it cost about $150 to send the 1200 lb pallet). His idea of customer service is "sorry, read the fine print." My advice is, deal with a company that's willing to make sure you get your tile, intact, and a company that is interested in customer satisfaction. If you are unfortunate enough to order from this company, their expectation is that, at the time of delivery, unload the pallet, open every box of tile and remove each tile to inspect for breakage. Don't accept the order if anything is broken.

Gino and the whole crew has been extremely amazing as we work through a full bathroom remodel. Every team member always exemplifies patience and understanding (we were short on tile due to choosing to tile additional space). The turn around is extremely reasonable as well. I cannot wait to post final pictures soon!

I appreciate and applaud the customer service of Kara Jacobson of Milford Ceramic Tile, Inc. I needed just one box of tile to complete a project at my home in St. Louis, Missouri. I had purchased four boxes of tile locally, but their turnaround time to buy another box would be 3 - 4 weeks. Kara was at work on Saturday, December 5. Being open on Saturday was the reason I called your business. Kara was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in her assistance to find a single box of tile in the same make and color that I was using. Good follow up on locating the tile and updating me on delivery status. I received the tile by FedEx on December 12. My installer will be able to finish my job early next week before he goes on vacation until the spring. My wife and I are grateful to Kara and Milford Ceramic Tile for helping us wrap up our basement remodel on time. If we need tile in the future, we'll certainly consider Milford even though it is more than 1,100 miles from St. Louis. Thanks.

Milford ceramic tile is amazing! They had the tile I needed, priced lower than any tile store, and shipped out to my client within a few days.
Even with delivery costs, they beat every other tile store. I've used them several times. Never disappointed!! Great , friendly customer service.

Thank you to Gino, for his help in picking the best tile for our renovation, getting us all the stuff we needed to do it ourselves. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, willing to take the time, and very helpful. The choices are varied and we couldn't have had a better experience.

We had a good experience with this company. I was searching for a specific imported tile when I found their website. It’s difficult to navigate, doesn’t provide complete info, and lacks a professional polish. This threw up some red flags but, as their price was nearly half of their competitors, we took a chance. Thankfully they are legit. The tiles arrived about a week after ordering, safe and sound. One caveat: you must inspect all items before signing off on delivery because they can deny your claim otherwise. This is made very clear. We photographed everything and made the driver wait while we opened every box. We ordered about 100 sq. ft. of ceramic tile which arrived well packaged on a pallet. Would order again.

I needed just a few sheets of mosaic tile and our local tile shop wanted a lot for just a few sheets claiming the freight cost was high. I ordered from Milford and got more sheets for half the price. it took a few days to fulfill the order but once it shipped it was here super fast and overall only took about a week. overall excellent experience and the customer service was great and very professional. will order from them again soon for my backsplash tile.

Had a special tile that no one else could get in the country. It was a existing tile that was installed back in 2008. Did a repair to a shower base that we didn't think we would find tiles for and sure enough Milford tile had what we needed, even the bull nose tile. Nice shipping received with in 2 weeks. Expensive for shipping but it is fragile tile and they don't ship ups. Which is a great thing. R and L carriers did a great job getting them here. Appreciate there staff. Even in blizzard conditions. Definitely will go through them if I have any custom tiles again. I am a contractor from Columbus, Ohio.
