Have been using Blue Bear since we bought our home. Klark came and serviced my tankless water heater. He was very polite and professional. Job was done promptly and most important cleanly.

I needed a plumber asap yesterday and Blue Bear were at my home within a couple of hours. I was very impressed with the attitude of the office staff and the fact that I got sent a photo of the technician before arrival. I had an elderly couple staying at my home and appreciated the photograph in advance for this reason. They will be my "go to" plumbers in future. ?

During the past several years I’ve had several technicians service my boiler but few seem to know very much about it. One, whom I was told was an expert, couldn’t even change the maintenance needed interval. Chris from Blue Bear was experienced and knowledgeable about the unit and offered several service options. He also offered a solution to a condensation freezing problem I’ve experienced in winter. It is likely that I will be signing up for a yearly service plan with Blue Bear.

The pitch was clear and easy, the timeline was short, and the guys doing the installation were super polite and respectful of the house and family. Bill and his crew were great to work with. Great team from start to finish. We have a late 1800's-era home and they transitioned us from radiators to forced hot air and A/C. We love it!

Jon came today to check on our a/c system. First thing I noticed was how friendly and professional he was. I showed him where things were and he got to work quickly. He provided and great summary of things that needed attention now, along with solutions. He also provided pictures of some issues that could crop up in the future. The only glitch was a misunderstanding of what was or was not covered by the annual service contract. Jon Clark that for me quickly with a phone call and prompt resolution. While only two visits so far, I’m definitely impressed with the attitude and aptitude shown by Blue Bear - both in person and on the phone. Lee up the good work!

I had a severe water leak under my older mobile home (not the first). I called Blue Bear on a Saturday around 1 pm and had a technician to my home by 3 pm. I received a text 30 minutes before arrival, with the technician's name, photo and brief bio of experience. Jon B. was exceptionally courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and even took the time to fully explain and point out what needed to be done before setting up an estimate. He was upbeat and smiling the entire time he was working! Trust me, if you have ever seen or worked under a mobile home, you can appreciate how challenging that could be ?. When he was finished, Jon B. asked if I had any questions and thanked me for choosing Blue Bear. I was very satisfied with the service provided, which is certified, and will most certainly use Blue Bear again. Thank you Jon B.

Came same day I called. Our service person (Joel) was very good, quick and explained things very well. He also gave advice to prevent my pipes from getting clogged again. It's hard for me to say if it's a good price since I have limited things to compare with, but the price seemed very fair. If I need additional services I'll likely come back to Blue Bear.

Michael, the technician, was the greatest! He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and easy to talk with as he explained the things .he had found regarding my AC system. For less than $100 this inspection was a wicked good deal!

Jon B came to our home yesterday regarding a problem we were having with our heat. He also looked at our tankless water heater, which was only four years old and I’m glad he did. He reminded us that it needed to be flushed out every year and when he opened it up there were some problems with the unit. He had great communication skills in explaining the situation to both my husband and me. The unit is still under warranty and he is going to replace it for us. Blessing in disguise that the furnace had turned off, minor problem. Now we realize, to pay attention, and hopefully Jon B will come out to service our equipment every year. Besides that, he is a really nice young man!
