Wish I could leave zero stars! This year they charged us double for our annual inspection with no explanation as to why the price went up so much. Then they found a laundry list of repairs needed, even though they had been out less than a year prior to complete all repairs needed after last year's inspection. The estimate to complete all needed repairs was exorbitantly high, so I found a different contractor to complete the needed repairs. When Encore realized we weren't going to use them for the repairs, they sent our deficiency report to the Fire Department which has created a much more complicated situation than I would have liked. Beware of Encore- if you don't use them to repair all the deficiencies they identify, they will try to get back at you.
One of there vans hit my car and they wont send a claim adjuster to photo and quote my vehicles damage! Im doing all the leg work, they are nasty!i cant drive my vehicle now for a few days and have heard nothing! I won't give up!

I am very surprised to see Encore has received good reviews on google. Based on our experience, I expected that they would have made a name for themselves as a sham organization.
I am a trustee for a small HOA; where no one has a lot of time to manage the property. Encore did an annual inspection for us. Among other things, we were told we had an active communication line to the fire dept. We would later find out, that is not true. They came back with a $900 quote for some repairs. They completed NONE successfully, and still charged our HOA the full amount. (I did not intervene in time for the payment not to be made.)
As a result of the no-success, they told us we needed a new fire panel which would cost $7k. Again, if we just nodded along, they would have moved forward and charged us the full amount happily. Only when I asked, they offered to refund some of the $900, but only if we move forward with the panel replacement.
Instead, we found a different competent company. The new company did the complete work for $6k, instead of the $8k that Encore was charging. The new company also charges us the same as Encore for annual charges, but it includes maintaining a wireless connection the fire department in addition to annual inspection and maintenance.
Encore: pay more and get less with poor customer service and all-around pompousness. "We know we are more expensive" has been uttered in our conversation, with a sense of pride, the source of which I cannot fathom. Avoid.

I recently started working with Business Executive Kristen Nolan and she was very professional. She took the time to visit every property and provided competitive quotes. She also made several recommendations on how Encore could streamline the services instead of having to coordinate different vendors. I highly recommend calling Kristen for all your life safety needs.
