If you re reading this, you know its hard to find a good General Contractor. We were looking for someone that would be easy to work with and heard our needs , and someone we could work with on future peojects. We found all of those things and more in Rossmore Construction.
We used Joe and the team from Rossmore Construction for an 800sqft, two story addition, with a basement. The detailed work and professionalism were outstanding! We really love the detailed trim work in our new bathroom and Kitchen, we get compliments on it all the time. And our new deck is a great addition to our backyard. The foundation and framing was very thorough and quick. We found his pricing to be very reasonable and his communication top notch. We will continue to Rossmore for all our future projects.
If your looking for a GC for a large project or a small one, Rossmore is a great choice. Joe will guide you through every step of the process and make recommendations along the way. We really appreciated the guidence and everything we learned from him.
We thoroughly enjoy working with Joe on our projects! He always tries his best to help us bring our vision to fruition and never pushes us to do something we don’t want to do. He is always the voice of reason and helps my husband and I work through some difficult decisions to come to consensus. Our most recent project was building two natural stone patios in a geographically-difficult location. Our house was built on bedrock outcroppings in Weymouth. There are many tiered levels to our property, but Joe and his crew made it work for a reasonable cost. Luckily we did not have to rent cranes, unlike what another contractor was recommending! We now have two beautiful outdoor spaces, both covered so we can enjoy them even in a rain storm! We highly recommend Joe and Rossmore Carpentry for any house project!

We loved working with Joe at Rossmore on rebuilding our deck. Joe is very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process including design and choosing quality materials. His crew showed great attention to detail. We are so happy with how the deck turned out. We highly recommend Rossmore Construction and plan to use them for future projects.

Joe helped us redo a bathroom at our old house, expanding it and adding a shower. It came out great. He also helped us with a total house renovation in our new house, redoing three bathrooms, replacing heat system with forced hot air, rebuilding fireplace facades, and finishing the attic. He brought in great subcontractors and advised me well along the well. The house is amazing now. We are so happy. He is fair and honest.

We hired Rossmore Construction to replace our front and side decks. Joe set himself apart from the other contractors we got estimates from by listening to what we wanted and then suggesting products (ipe and intex railings) and design solutions that we hadn’t even considered. He is a true craftsman. The finished product is better than we’d hoped. The crew was professional, friendly and hardworking and paid attention to even the smallest details. Joe was in constant communication about the status of the project and stopped by the house regularly to check progress. We would not hesitate to recommend Joe and Rossmore Carpentry or hire him again for future projects.
