I was quite impressed with this company. Today, I brought in a broken screen that apparently no companies manufacture pins for anymore. I was about to give up on ever getting it fixed. The person I spoke to decided to try to fix it using the pins still in the screen. He did a great job! It's as good as new and he did it while I was waiting. I was very impressed. I’m a local contractor and having never worked with Atlantic window before I was kinda taking a shot in the dark in search of a window sash pin from a mid 90s vinyl replacement window. They not only wanted to help, he spend well over an hour searching for the part through multiple catalogs. He was able to find it And get it ordered right then and there. Sometimes we are so quick to pass the buck especially when it’s a small seemingly insignificant thing. I can honestly say that they went well above and beyond what I was expecting. They will most certainly have my business in future upcoming projects. I would recommend them highly to anyone of my clients or family.

You want to know how good these guys are? Last week I dropped of 3 screen sliders for repair. 4 days later, my son put an arrow through 2 of the new screens. I brought them in fir repair, again, 3 days later. Not only did they fix it within an hour, they would not take payment - even after I insisted! And they replaced the wheel to boot! I really appreciate a business that operates like this. Thanks guys!
