Great service! Very responsive, very thorough and excellent quality work. Paul is polite and knows his stuff. He explains the problem and the fix and does great work. Our washer is like new again!

Cityscape was quick to schedule an appointment, showed up on time, and completed my repair without issue. Everything was thoroughly explained. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

Paul from Cityscape Appliance was very knowledgeable, and explained the repair and replacement of the parts for both my dryer and ice maker in my refrigerator. I would highly recommend Cityscape appliance!!! Cityscape Appliance is now my “GO TO” for appliance repair!! ??

Smooth, helpful experience. Cityscape came in and answered my questions, and although the outcome for me was not fun – my fridge was definitely dead – I still trusted the whole process, and just because they were the bearer of bad news does not mean they weren’t professional, thorough, and incredibly helpful. Paul was very helpful and determined to get to the bottom of the problem with our fridge. Hopefully when the part gets in all will be resolved. Update: part came in and Paul has been back to finish the job...so far so good, Thanks for your professionalism and timely repair work.

Paul was extremely efficient and professional. He was able to diagnose our problem quickly. I felt that he really spent the extra time to explain what was going on and how to maintain our dishwasher going forward. I would highly recommend Cityscape!

Cityscape Appliance Repair is outstanding! Scheduling appointments with Nikki was seamless. She responded promptly to texts and even contacted us on a Sunday. Paul, our tech guy, was friendly and super knowledgeable about Bosch products. The issue was resolved quickly!
