Loyalty to customers is very important to Waste Management, this was demonstrated recently with account manager Matt. He was sympathetic to our financial struggles, he was able to negotiate a lower price which helped us stay with them.

Well, WM comes down our neighborhood street sometime in the morning and then good luck deciding if they will return to empty our side of the street or not? 5 pm or never? Why can't they turn around and do the entire neighborhood at the same time?

*** Update, figured out on the website that I could submit a missed pick up, it's just not in the most obvious place when using the website on my phone, and the recycling was picked up promptly the next day. I won't raise this review to 5 stars because after that prompt response pick up last week our trash wasn't picked up on time this week. It's a bit confusing because the Taunton WM facility is a 5 minute drive from my home. I hope a specific day of the week can be figured out consistently so that we can reliably put our trash out on the same day every week. ............... Original response: Three weeks in and it seems like the team taking recycling hasn't sorted our address out yet. It's a bit frustrating to be charged for a service we aren't recieveing

I find that WM is not consistent. I put both rubbish and recycle barrels out the morning of pickup. Only to get a text later in morning that one of the services has been delayed. I understand things happen but this seems to be more frequent.

Wonderful service fantastic One thing about Waste Managment company is there about customer satisfaction and making sure the customer is happy they changed out my dumpster. I didn’t even ask for it. It’s definitely a better working unit, but I never thought to ask for one and they did it on their own. Great job Waste Managment glad to be a customer of yours
