Terrance is awesome. I was way over my head when my mom had a run in with her car and the garage, which meant no power to her home, we had hired an electrician who just never showed up. I called Terrance thinking we would have to wait at least 1- 2 more weeks if not more, as everyone else was busy with contracted jobs. Terrance came over the next day, and explained what needed to be done was to put up a temporary sub panel so mom could get back home, this was all done with in 2 days and mom was able to go back home. Fast forward, now mom wants her pool running, remember we still only 1/2 the property with electricity, Terrance was again right there for us and now moms pool filter is running and she is a happy camper. I can not thank Alden Electronical Contractors enough! I will recommend Terrance to everyone I know. Alden Electronical Contractors genuinely care about their customers.

I needed a range hood looked at thinking it needed a fuse replaced. TJ was able to take a look at it and found it was the touch pad and not the fuse. Alden Electric was the best, professional, responsive, helpful electric company out of about 10 that I called on a day when my meter socket in my meter box became loose. Due to this National grid shut my power due to fire hazards. Alden answered their phone right away and we’re able to send me an estimate immediately without charging a service fee just to drive to my house. If you need an electrician these are the guys to go with hands on. Five stars across the board!
