We worked with Bay State Bath for a small (but important) bathroom remodel. We added a tub, shower, surround, and a new toilet. Required some updated plumbing work and minor electrical.
Bay State communicated well throughout the process, planned well for the work that needed to be done, addressed any concerns we had along the way, got the project done very quickly, and did great with the pricing. We are very happy with the result. Before and after pictures are included. The pink walls are obviously the before picture.
(Wife and I did do the vanity on our own. Not because we didn’t trust Bay State, we just wanted to save a few dollars and take some extra time in picking the color and style.)
We just finished the first of two bathrooms to be remodeled and are very happy. We have lived in the house for 29 years and raised our three boys here and this bathroom took a beating as this was the main bath for the house. It is incredible how it turned out and cannot believe it is the same bathroom. The quality is great and the guys that came in to do the work really worked hard and were very clean and neat and picked up after themselves. For those that fixate on the "bath in a day", the old tub was removed and 100% replaced in a day, it was really incredible. We are looking forward to working with Bay State Bath on the next bathroom and would certainly recommend them to others.

Great experience. Professional from start to finish on a full bathroom renovation. Cleaned up work area every day. All staff was very patient answering all my questions and responsive to my calls. Helpful suggestions when planning bathroom design. Would highly recommend

I found Bay State Bath during my research for remodeling my bathtub into a full standing shower, we have been so impressed with our new bathroom shower to have been done literally in almost 1 day, day 2 was city inspector as this project was full blown professionally done and approved by city inspector. We are so happy, additionally once I showed my peers the pictures they were very impressed. Also Bay State Bath did follow up .. this work was perfect. I have included pictures of before the work and after the work, we used to have a bathtub ... plumbers were very professionals and all workers were spotless clean in their work.

Bay State did a fantastic job for us changing our tub to a walk in shower. They designed what we needed, the installation service and plumbing were excellent and very respectful of keeping the property clean. We decided to add a glass door which meant switching the door swing for the bathroom. Jennifer the owner called to make sure all was good, the office called. It was a wonderful experience with quality product and workmanship.

We had Bay State Bath install a new shower at my 98 year old mother’s house and we could not be happier!! From the first meeting with Big Ed, the experience was amazing. He helped us pick out exactly what we needed to make showering easier for mom! The day the installers came was also great! They arrived at 8:00am and as promised finished in one day! The workers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. When I brought mom home at the end of the day and the new shower was completed, she was very happy & pleasantly surprised! Everyone at Bay State Bath was great to deal with. They installed earlier that our original install date. Thanks Bay State! Anyone thinking of hiring a bath company, choose Bay State, you won’t be disappointed!!

We just had a tub to shower conversion from Bay State Bath and I am so thrilled with the outcome. The job was done in 2 days by no fault of bay state, we needed town plumbing inspector to come out before they could proceed. It's the most amazing shower. Fabio and Renato where the best, so professional and their work ethic is top notch, when we do our other bathroom we want them back to do it. They are experts in their field and put their all into their craft and in today's world that is so important and they did not disappoint at all. From start to finish bay state bath has given me probably one of the best experiences in home renovation solutions.

My experience with Bay State Bath was extremely positive. All the way through the process was professional and well executed. I was kept informed through the order process. The team arrived on schedule and explained how they would initiate the job. I was also kept informed throughout the day concerning the progress and any questions they had. The results are better then I could have ever hoped for. Just a wonderful experience front to back!

My mother and father recently had bay state install a new handicapped accessible shower in their Wilmington MA home. The installers (John and his assistant) were fabulous. They were very efficient, clean, organized, and completed high quality work. The result is a beautiful, safe shower that was usable the next day. Highly recommend.
