I have had a fence installed a few years ago, one section is leaning out a bit. I contacted Armstrong Fence and the will come out and realign the effected area. Great customer service!
This is the fifth time I have used Armstrong fence. The first three times I was extremely satisfied with Brian. This time, I was extremely satisfied with Bobby. He was an excellent communicator, asked me questions along the way (which I totally appreciated because people don't often do that), worked diligently over three days, one in sweltering heat, and did a meticulous cleanup, too. The front fence that was installed by Andersen several years ago now flows to this back part, providing my neighbor and me with privacy, as well as giving a nice backdrop for my garden. Furthermore, I let David know when he came here that the crew he sent needed to be extremely careful with my flowers. I did not want to lose one petal. I'm so pleased they worked very carefully. Ask for Bobby if you need a fence installed. And Armstrong makes beautiful cedar fences.

The sales and office personnel were extremely helpful. The yard guy who brought me my materials loaded me up in such a way that I could easily remove it from my truck to actually work off my truck and not have to unload everything to do so. Very smart and informative. Great experience at Armstrong! Highly recommend for fencing needs!

Very hard working employees and dead accurate installation of our cedar fence. Anthony and Chris deserve a bonus, working in the worst of conditions this past week, hot, humid, mosquitoes, briars, you name it but they were professional and courteous throughout. Highly recommend Armstrong Fence!

There are a great many fence companies in the world. I am here to recommend Armstrong Fence. I called Armstrong and a site visit was arranged with Joe Presley. I shared my hopes and dreams with him and he came back to me with a couple of recommendations based on his extensive experience.
I thought I wanted a fence with a lattice top. Joe informed me that it was never going to look right because the grade ran downhill. He told me I would be happier with a board fence as it could be adjusted to look right. Joe measured the site and came back to me with a proposal.
Procuring building materials during Covid is a bit of a puzzle. Armstrong Fence got the materials for my job. On the agreed upon date, the Armstrong truck arrived with my materials and my fence builder, Will and two of his assistants.
A man of few words and many talents, Will has a boat builder’s eye for creating sweet lines. My fence is straight as a string, solid as a rock, and a joy to behold. Will thought through the details, pounded holes into the ground to the beat of the classic rock that came from his radio, and created beautiful lines that are just as pleasing to the eye as the sheer of a Herreshoff yacht.
Will did not dilly dally, chat on his phone, or text with his BFF. He attacked the job in a thoughtful manner and produced a beautiful fence that is built to last. If you are looking for a fence, I highly recommend Armstrong Fence in general, and Will in particular.

1 guy, 5 days, 200 feet of post and rail fence, 80 feet of privacy fence, 4 gates. He was basically a magician. If you wanted to see a master at his craft you should have been at my house. Covered up his gear at the end of the day as well.
Sales process exceeded my expectations as well, Jack went out of his way to walk and paint the fence line with me because I couldn't be there the day of the install.
They installed two fences in my neighborhood as well a couple of years ago. Those fences flex about as a solid steel flag pole. I don't understand how they do it with just tamping the ground.
Cost wise they were 70% of Perfection Fence and Home Depot. I can't recommend them strongly enough.
As for the person upset the receptionist hung up on them, I know I'm not a saint at least a couple days a year either. If they had called back they would have been treated fine.
