I am so grateful for the help and support from the young ladies in the Sunshine office doing water tests. They are brilliant, kind and efficient.

Exceptional professionalism, quality and service is what we received when we hired Sunshine Pools. They communicated every step of the way and finished the project just as promised. We are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them.

They tell you often they are a “family” business however, they fail to mention they are a family of gypsies. They will do whatever they can to up-charge you or put add-on costs to whatever work you are having done. We needed help during July with an issue we were having. The scope of work was relatively small however, they recommended a lot of unnecessary work to ensure it was a large job. When I pointed out the additional work was not needed they were happy to come out at $325 an hour for the first hour and $200 each hour after ( Note my Norwell Porsche Mechanic charges ~$130 per hour). Our pool closing bill was over $800 and it took them one hour. Year end chemicals were ~100% over cost and I had a handful of unnecessary “add on” to replace items that I already had. Earlier in spring/summer our salt regulator died and they quoted me almost $700 over what I purchased it from a competitor less than 3 miles away. And let’s talk about the $25 dollars I paid for a 40lb bag of regular salt that was $9.99 down the street. My guess is they are trying to support a large and growing clan of gypsies with a business that is too small. STAY AWAY. Feel free to respond if you want to see my supporting receipts for proof. They may often be swamped and thus unavailable to do requested services, but I appreciate their forthrightness. And when they are available, they do a good job. I'll continue to use them as my primary option when possible

The best experience and results ! These lady’s make driving all the way to Pembroke more than worth it ! I would recommend going to sunshine with any pool problem! Not only do they fix the problem but they are attentive and listen and truly do treat your pool and problems like their own ! beyond EXCELLENT customer service ! Thank you so much for your help ! Our pool stains where gone in hrs !

You can't take the ability to answer questions accurately and patiently for granted any more - these guys always have the answers and always make the time. Also installed our new pump last year quickly, accurately, and at a fair price.

After exhausting all troubleshooting solutions with pump pressure problems to no avail, I called for service hoping to get someone out before end of week as we are having my daughter's birthday party. Kerry/Kerri was able to have a tech out in hrs. Me expecting the worse, was elated that they were able to figure out and remedy the situation and even better didn't charge me the service charge when easily could have. I appreciate that very much and shows great business practices from Sunshine Pool . I'll be calling them for a close at the end of season ? thanks again!
