Customer service at its best. We had a great experience with Best Tile. Charlotte is amazing. Her knowledge of every aspect of what we needed for our bathroom remodel was incredible. She is patient, experienced, thorough, and took the time to work with us to get us the exact look we had set out for. I highly recommend Best Tile Plymouth and you should definitely seek out Charlotte to help you. You will not be disappointed.

Hannah, at Best Tile, is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and patient. I had an idea of what I wanted, and Hannah was able to further optimize my ideas. She made the process extremely efficient and smooth, and the end result was beyond what I had expected. I highly recommend Hannah for any and all projects.

Our experience with Best Tile was absolutely fabulous. We met Hannah early on in the process and followed up about 3 months later. She remembered EVERYTHING about our job to the smallest detail. Really, the most unusually terrific service. We were so lucky to have worked with Hannah!

We had a great experience at Best Tile! We worked with Hannah and she was extremely knowledgeable, PATIENT (as we changed our minds a couple of times :-) and accommodating throughout the whole process. We felt in great hands and also appreciated her knowledge and expertise to ensure that we picked the right products to make our projects shine! We still have 1 more project to complete and will return to Hannah and Best Tile. We highly recommend ??

We have been working with Best Tile in Plymouth on a large project to renovate 3 bathrooms and we could not be happier. Specifically Jasmine who works in their showroom has been especially great. She helped us walk through different selections and we asked for her input and we ended up incorporating so many of her great suggestions. She just gets it..
Jasmine also helped us through some challenges when a few tiles from Italy were defective from the manufacturer. The whole team rallied around this problem and got us the replacements so our project could continue on time.
Great selection, knowledgeable staff, and the ability to have a conversation with a human are the reasons we chose to work with local businesses instead of big box stores on our project. Best Tile did not disappoint.

Cheyenne Farr is awesome! It took me forever to figure out the tile that I wanted. I couldn't describe it in regards to color, size, or style. All I knew was I wanted it to "flow." Cheyenne was patient and extremely accommodating. She provided me with a variety of options all which were lovely but not quite it. Finally a new style came into the store and she new it was exactly what I had been describing to her and excitedly showed me the tile. She was right. My experience with Best Tile has always been positive but this particular time it has been exceptional. From the final selections, to the support through the process, the experience with Cheyenne has been both positive and professional. I can't thank Cheyenne enough.

Jasmine Vasquez was our design consultant and she did a terrific job! She understood exactly what we wanted & found tile we had not seen that worked perfectly. Our 2 finished bathrooms are masterpieces!
Over the course of this bathroom project, and troubleshooting / finishing up the second bathroom, I worked with almost everyone at the Plymouth store, including Sarah, Allison & Larry. The entire team, including warehouse guys, were intelligent, professional & made the long drive worthwhile.
We both recommend working with Best Tile in Plymouth, and will definitely buy from them for any future projects!

Shout-out to Sarah Horton at Best Tile in Plymouth. I walked into the store one afternoon last spring needing help selecting floor and shower tile for two 40-year old bathrooms and absolutely no renovation experience or idea of what I wanted or needed. Sarah came to my rescue, taking me around the store, offering selections of tile that she thought I might like, and keeping the options to a reasonable number so I wasn’t overwhelmed. She was respectful of my budget, my timeline and my taste. I NEVER could have completed this project without her assistance and reassurance. We love both our finished bathrooms and are grateful for Sarah’s professionalism and guidance. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
