I called for a battery for a back up for a smoke detector and they could not have been nicer. He was going to try and find what I needed but if he didn't have it he was going to give me another place where I could get it. This kind of service is getting hard to find.

Agreed. The service staff is ridiculously rude...Went there and everyone was in good spirits until they needed to tell me they don't carry outlets, or gang boxes and with a serious attitude that says; don't come here unless you are a very important contractor with lots of money. Sad on such a nice day too!

Sales associates were rude,dismissive,and not one iota helpful. They acted as if we were unimportant and ignored us. As a result, we do not plan to visit this store ever again, We found a lovely lighting store in Kingston with great customer service and a good selection. We were able to purchase what we were looking for. We plan to return there from now on for our lighting needs. They seemed to appreciate our business.
