Terrific experience with Matt. Throughout the rebuilding process of my kitchen due to a neighbor's leak, Matt was able to assist me throughout the entire claims process helping me achieve the most amount out of my claim. Matt was extremely meticulous, attentive, presented with a warm / caring personality, and was extremely reliable throughout the entire process as he always made me feel comfortable with any questions I had. Matt was there every step of the way. I am grateful for Matt and his dedication toward the rebuilding process.
We thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Matt Lauzon. Words can't express how positive the experience was, he exceeded our expectations in the every aspect. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication are truly commendable. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of assistance with insurance claims.

I cannot say enough about my experience working with Matt Lauzon. From the very start he made a very bad experience into the one of the best experiences I have gone through from an insurance perspective. Matt took everything out of our hands and took care of everything from start to finish. He was extremely professional and focused on supporting his client. He jumped on a call with me immediately and had everything done within a few days. I cannot say enough about Matt. If you are in search of a public adjuster, please request Matt for his services. You will not be disappointed!

We came home to find a pipe had broken in our home and hours of water flooded our first floor and basement. From the beginning, the insurance company was slow and reluctant to respond and we were shocked by how little their settlement offer was to make us whole. This couldn’t have come at a worse time as we were also dealing with health concerns which required all our family’s time and energy, and delays and difficulty with the insurance company were exhausting. From the moment we engaged Ivo Coll, he was committed to handling our claim. He was such an amazing advocate and alleviated the difficult and frustrating burden we faced. He did an in-depth interview with us, went over the evidence we compiled during the flood and cleanup, and engaged other contractors that showed how far off the insurance company's assessment was. Ivo’s sensitivity, diligence, devotion, knowledge and expertise got us through this difficult time, allowing us to focus on our family and health and in the end obtained a settlement that would allow us to repair our home and put things back as they should be. We are incredibly grateful and are eager to recommend Coll and Sacchetti to anyone facing similar challenges and would absolutely work with them again should another unfortunate event occur.
