Had a great experience this morning. Had rented a compactor over the last weekend but couldn't finish the project in time. Asked them if I could rent it again but just for a few hours. They told me "we'll take care of you". So I am picking up the compactor this morning and dropping it off two hours later expecting to be charged at least for half a day. Nope, they didn't charge me anything! Great Place. So much better and cheaper than the HD just around the corner. Baystate is highly recommended - fast, efficient and personal.

I built a house in Weymouth and rented excavators from these guys and they were so easy to work with compared to other rental companies. Great rates, easy going, I lost a track on an excavator and they had a mechanic there an hour later to fix it, they delivered, machines were brand new. All around great experience.
